STRUCTURAL MULTI-YEAR ARRANGEMENT
Dutch Music Export reopens the Structural Multi-Year Scheme
for Dutch pop artists with international ambitions and proven
international traction. With this multi-year support, a maximum of
two artists the opportunity to create a complete work over a period of two years
develop and implement a strategic plan for market research,
market expansion and sustainable international positioning.
This scheme is expressly intended for artists who look beyond
marketing and releases. We support plans that focus on artistic
development in relation to international growth, building a professional
international team, long-term relationships with sector partners, insight into
priority markets and structural professionalization.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM?
For pop artists based in the Netherlands who are visible abroad
and operate actively within the international recording and/or live industry. BIS-
settings are excluded.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1 – Pitch (max. 400 words)
Describe your international status, priority markets and strategic goals
for the next two years.
Step 2 – Project plan
A limited selection of artists will be invited to perform an English-language

AVAILABLE BUDGET
Maximum €50,000 per artist for two years. A maximum of two

HOW AND WHEN DO YOU REGISTER FOR THIS PROGRAM?
To qualify for the Structural Multi-Year Scheme, please register

a short pitch of maximum 400 words in which you present your international
status, priority markets and strategic development goals are
described.
Registration is possible from Wednesday, December 10, 2025 to January 9, 2026
After the closing date, an independent advisory committee will assess all
